Maria Sharapova has informed that she will not be able to participate in the US Open this year due to a right shoulder injury. As per Max Eisenbud, she has been suffering from pain in her right shoulder since before the French Open. She is the most popular player. After Third-seeded Russian Maria Sharapova’s withdrawal, No. 4 Agnieszka Radwanska will be move to the No. 3 seed.

Tournament director David Brewer had announced Sharapova’s withdrawal from the US Open.
